Debbie has over 30 years of litigation experience in several practice areas including products liability, toxic tort, commercial litigation, and premises liability. Debbie provides pre-litigation and other business counseling for her clients. She clerked for the 10th Circuit and does appellate work as well. Through her mass tort and MDL experience, she has resolved thousands of cases in mediation. Debbie is an undergraduate of Kansas State University and has her law degree from University of Kansas School of Law. She has been recognized on the Benchmark list of top female litigators in the country. We are proud to welcome her to our team.

Her practice has included the defense of product liability, premises liability, insurance defense, construction defect, and commercial matters involving asbestos, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aviation, tobacco, food products and many others. In addition to her law firm work, Dyanna has been the owner of several litigation support companies that provided document review and strategic planning assistance to large corporations nationwide. Dyanna is a graduate of University of Kansas where she holds an undergraduate and law degree.
