Lateral Attorney

Litigation Paralegal

The firm is actively seeking a mid-level litigation paralegal.  Requirements include:

• B.A. Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate; 5 years of litigation experience
• Ability to effectively review and summarize moderately complex documents; assist with deposition/trial preparation and trial notebooks; and assist team as needed on various litigation-related matters
• Excellent technical skills with proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, litigation software review experience (Summation Pro preferred), and familiarity with document management system (iManage preferred); familiarity with e-filing
• An understanding of the life of a lawsuit in both state and Federal courts
• Trial experience helpful

Legal Assistant/Paralegal:  Estate, Probate, Trust Administration, Corporate and Tax

The firm has an immediate opening for a mid-level Legal Assistant or Paralegal with experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Corporate and Tax.  Requirements include:

• B.A. Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate; 5 years of related experience
• Excellent technical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, familiarity with document management system (iManage preferred), familiarity with estate planning document management system (Interactive Legal preferred)
• Thorough understanding of and familiarity with related terminology, and processing all documents involved with this practice area
