Vashia Dadiotis is a domestic relations attorney focusing her practice on family and probate law. She represents clients in divorce, parentage, child support, maintenance (alimony), and appellate matters, advocating for both mothers and fathers. Ms. Dadiotis has experience handling contentious family law disputes, including high-conflict custody and parenting-time matters, support issues, and complex property division involving businesses, inheritance and asset tracing, and the characterization of marital and non-marital property. She approaches these disputes with persistence and creative problem-solving, helping clients manage both sensitive parenting issues and complex financial concerns.

Ms. Dadiotis also has experience in probate litigation, particularly contested guardianship, and conservatorship matters. She strives to resolve conflicts efficiently through negotiation and mediation but is an experienced advocate in the courtroom when litigation becomes necessary.

Before joining McDowell Rice, Ms. Dadiotis practiced with both a large national family law firm and local family law firms in Johnson County and Shawnee County, Kansas.
