Mike Gorman is an experienced trial lawyer, focusing on commercial litigation and representation of banks and other lenders. Mike has appeared in state and federal courts across the country, from New Jersey to California, as well as bankruptcy courts in Missouri and Kansas. He has appellate experience in both federal and state courts.
Mike represents businesses in contracts, business torts, employment, dealer/franchise, trade practices and general commercial disputes nationwide. He also represents lenders in loan enforcement litigation and workouts, and in wholesale inventory loan enforcement matters.
