Andrew Zarda represents clients nationwide with respect to real estate, corporate, financing and other business transactions. His clients range from large scale developers and landlords, national banks and business owners to individual borrowers and tenants. Mr. Zarda has extensive experience preparing and negotiating various real estate and transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, asset purchase agreements, and organizational documents. Mr. Zarda has overseen hundreds of real estate closings on behalf of his clients, and he is able to assist with each aspect of a transaction, including contract negotiation and preparation, entity formation and organizational documents, due diligence, title work and survey review, closing document and loan document negotiation and preparation, bond financing, 1031 like-kind exchanges, and other legal matters associated with the acquisition, financing or sale of property.

Mr. Zarda also provides general counsel services for several mid-size Kansas City based companies and offers legal advice on general business operations and transactions, ownership structuring and restructuring, employment matters, merger and acquisition transactions and the sale of the business.

In addition to Mr. Zarda’s transactional practice, he regularly assists clients with estate and tax planning matters, including assisting individuals with the preparation of Wills, Trusts and other estate planning documents and assisting business owners with appropriate entity selection and formation for tax purposes.
