Dina’s path to MRSB began after graduate school at the University of Kansas, where she focused on English grammar and linguistics. She initially joined a solo practitioner’s law firm as a technical writer, responding to a recruiter’s ad that aligned perfectly with her academic background. After nearly three years there, she brought her skills, attention to detail, and work ethic to MRSB—where she has remained ever since.
When asked what has kept her here for more than two decades, Dina doesn’t hesitate: it’s the firm’s “family-style” culture. That sense of connection is something colleagues quickly recognize in her as well. Known for maintaining a consistently high standard in her work, Dina is the kind of teammate who steps in wherever needed and approaches every task with reliability and professionalism.
Her impact hasn’t gone unnoticed. As one senior partner put it, Dina is “one of the best paralegals” he has had the pleasure of working with—a compliment that places her among the very best in the firm’s history.
Outside the office, Dina brings the same energy and discipline to her personal life. A proud Marine, she carries a strong sense of resilience and determination into everything she does. She’s also deeply committed to personal fitness and has a great eye for fashion—always polished and put together, whether in the office or out.
Dina is a devoted wife to her husband, Opie, and a proud mother of two boys Erhardt John and Cory Logan. In her downtime, she enjoys knitting—a creative outlet that reflects her patience and attention to detail. Her personality adds even more dimension to the workplace—whether it’s her love of death metal or her well-known (and good-natured) struggles with directions, she brings authenticity and humor to the team.
