David A. Jack

David Jack is a member of the Firm’s Banking & Financial Services Group, Corporate & Business Transactions Group, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, and Real Estate Law Group.
Mr. Jack’s practice focuses on banking and corporate clients in Kansas and Missouri regarding commercial litigation, foreclosure actions, recovery of personal property, title and lien priority disputes, contract disputes, and collection matters. He also represents natural gas and liquids pipeline clients in transactions and litigation involving underground natural gas storage rights, easement acquisition and encroachments, and property rights. Mr. Jack has broad experience in condemnation law (eminent domain) representing both condemning authorities and landowners in all phases of the eminent domain process, including drafting easement agreements, conducting valuation hearings, and handling condemnation valuation appeals.
Mr. Jack brings a strong business background to his legal practice. Prior to attending Washburn University School of Law, Mr. Jack earned an M.B.A. from Baker University. He passed the Series 6, Series 7 and Series 24 securities licensure exams and joined an asset management and financial planning company where he worked on regulatory and compliance matters. Mr. Jack holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
